Aspiring police officers in Uttar Pradesh are gearing up for the UP Police Constable Exam 2024 today, February 17th, 2024. However, candidates in five districts—Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, Sitapur, Sambhal, and Lakhimpur Kheri—need to pay close attention, as their assigned exam centres have been revised.
The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) issued a last-minute notification informing candidates about the changes. While the exam will be conducted across 75 districts with 2,385 centres, these specific districts received updates to their venue locations.

The UPPRPB has implemented stringent measures to ensure the fair and smooth conduct of the exam. Stringent security checks will be in place, and strict action will be taken against any malpractice, including potential charges under the National Security Act (NSA).
Fake photos on admit cards will not be tolerated, and multi-factor verification using fingerprint, face recognition, and Aadhaar card authentication will be employed.
