Sri Venkateswara College of Law got permission from the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 1991 and Affiliated to S.V.University, Tirupathi. They used to get renewal of affiliation from the Bar Council of India from time to time. Sri Venkateswara College of Law is a reputed educational institute imparting quality education in the field of Legal Studies. Recognized by the Bar Council of India, it was established in the year 1991 by the Sri Venkateswara group and is located in Tirupati, Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh.
Affiliated to S.V. University, Tirupati, Sri Venkateswara College of Law offers Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), a 5-year Integrated Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law (LL.M.) program with specializations in Labor & Industrial Laws, Constitutional & Administrative Laws, Corporate & Securities Law and Law of Crimes & Torts.
- Candidates applying for management quota seats can collect the application form and prospectus from the institute campus upon paying the prescribed application fee in cash.
- The application fee for AP LAWCET is INR 700. Candidates applying for PGLCET are required to submit INR 800 against the application fee.
- Candidates applying for Government quota seats are admitted through APSCHE counselling only.
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to pursue the 5-year Integrated LL.B. program. Such candidates are required to score a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying degree exam.
- Candidate should have passed any additional graduate or postgraduate degree with 45% aggregate marks in order to be eligible for the LL.B. program.
- Candidates applying for the LL.B./ Integrated LL.B. program should not be more than 20 years of age at the time of admission (relaxed by 2 years for SC/ ST candidates).
