New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE) is an Autonomous College, Permanently Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and platinum rank by AICTE. NHCE is accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade & National Board of Accreditation (NBA) . It carries a legacy of quality education and is ranked 121 for B.Tech by NIRF 2022. In the NIRF 2021 Ranking, the institute was ranked at 141 for B.Tech. New Horizon College of Engineering is an Autonomous engineering college affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). It was established in 2001. At present, the college offers BE, M.Tech, MBA and MCA programs at UG and PG level respectively. New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE) also offers Ph.D. and M.Sc (Engg.) by Research in different specializations at Doctorate level.
- Admission to BE program is based on a valid score in KCET conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
- M.Tech, MBA and MCA admissions are based on a valid score in Karnataka PGCET followed by counselling.
- GATE qualified candidates are also eligible to apply for M.Tech program.
- For MBA program, CAT/ MAT or XAT score are also accepted by NHCE.
- While, for MCA, KMAT qualified candidates can also apply.
- Ph.D. and M.Sc (Engg.) by Research is granted on the basis of performance in Research Aptitude Test (RAT) followed by an Interview.
- Application form can be filled online by visiting the official website followed by submission through post or in person.
