Mumbai University Admission 2023
Mumbai University admission 2022 is open for PG courses. The last date to apply is July 4, 2022. Candidates seeking admission to MA, M.Sc, M.Sc, MTA, M.Phil courses can apply online on the official website – uom-admissions.mu.ac.in. Admissions at Mumbai University is based on both merit and entrance examination. Admission to UG programs other than BTech, BPharm, and BText is made on the basis of merits in the qualifying exam. Mumbai University will release the first, second, and third merit list for UG courses on June 29, July 7, and July 14, 2022, respectively. For BTech, BPharm, and BText programs, candidates must clear the MHT CET entrance examination. The MHT CET 2022 exam is scheduled to be conducted from August 5 - August 20, 2022.
Mumbai University accepts MAH CET scores for MBA/MMS admissions. MAH CET 2022 exam will be held on August 23, August 24, and August 25, 2022. Admission to the Mumbai University LLB program (Three and Five years) will be done through MHT CET Law entrance examination. The last date to apply for MHT CET Law 2022 has been extended up to June 22. Eligible candidates can fill the MHT CET 2022 application form on the official website - cetcell.mahacet.org. The MHT CET Law 2022 exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 2.
Apart from the regular courses in full-time mode, the University of Mumbai also offers UG & PG programs in distance education through the Institute of Distance & Open Learning, Mumbai University.

The University of Mumbai also known as Mumbai University (MU) is one of the oldest Universities in India. It was established way back in 1857. It has done a tremendous effort in improving its ranking. Mumbai University has managed to gain a place in the list of top 100 institutes published by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) India Ranking in 2022. It has been ranked 81 in the overall category with a total score of 46.15.
