Lady Hardinge Medical College Overview
Lady Hardinge Medical College situated in New Delhi was established in 1916 and affiliated with the University of Delhi since 1950. Initially, the college registered only 14-16 medical students every year from all over the country. In 2011 the total seats for MBBS were increased to 200 per year. The institute has two hospitals namely Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital and Kalawati Saran Child Hospital for its students' education and training. Smt. Kriplani Hospital has 877 beds and the Kalawati Saran Child Hospital has 350. Admission to the Undergraduate MBBS is done on the basis of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).

Admission 2023
LHMC B.Sc Nursing Admission Test 2022 question paper has been released. NTA has released the question paper in PDF format at the official website: nta.ac.in. The B.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam question paper includes 5 sections: Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English and General Knowledge.
- NTA has released CON LHMCEE 2022 Result for B.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam.
- LHMC B.Sc Nursing Entrance exam admit cards are now released on website https://con.lhmcee.nta.ac.in/. Entrance exam will be conducted on November 20.
- The last date to register for the same was October 30. For admission, the candidate must have secured 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in class 12th examination.
Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC), New Delhi is a Medical education organization established in 1916. The college works for Hospital Health Care and Medical Research. All the courses at LHMC New Delhi are medical science-based. At UG level the college offers an MBBS program with 240 students capacity.
- Candidates will have to apply for the NEET-UG examination to get admission in the MBBS program.
- The eligibility criteria of the NEET-UG should be checked by the candidate.
- As a purpose of PG programs, the college offers MD and MS programs along with PG Diploma courses.
- The students are required to qualify for the NEET-PG examination.
- Apart from this, the college also offers Super Speciality Courses.
- The courses include M.Ch. in Paediatrics and DM in Neonatology.
- For applying to Super Speciality courses candidates should have to qualify NEET-SS examination.

LHMC Placement
Lady Hardinge Medical College doesn’t provide jobs. As such there are no placement interviews and campus selections. Doctors who take admissions for MD, MS, MDS, and Super-specialty courses are given monthly stipends. Medical graduates who do an internship at the college are given a stipend of INR 17,000 being offered after MBBS. After PG candidates can apply for Super Specialty courses or appear for the interviews for the post of senior residents in Central Government Hospitals or Private Hospitals with stipend around INR 95,000 per month (including HRA) and increment of INR 2000 per month every year.
