For all programmes at Kristu Jayan College, excluding MBA and MCA, the selection process is merit-based. The student's performance on the qualifying exam and during the college's counselling procedure determines which seats are made available. Following confirmation of the applicant's eligibility based on the application form they have submitted, they are invited to participate in counseling, which is followed by a personal interview. Application forms for registration are available offline at the administrative office as well as online at the College's official website. The Heroes of Bengaluru award is given to Kristu Jayanti College (KJC) in recognition of its contributions to the field of education. Google, Wipro, NIIT, Cognizant, Bosch, Oracle, Infosys, KPMG, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, EY CSC India, Airtel, ICICI Bank, Eureka Forbes, and others were among the top employers. Both undergraduate and postgraduate placed students are now offered higher median salaries than in previous years.
