HL College of Commerce
Hargovanda Lakhmichand College of Commerce (H L College of Commerce), the source of business education in Gujarat, is the first college established by the Ahmedabad Education Society (AES) in 1936. AES established the college with the support of a large donation. Shri Amritlal Hargovanda and Shri Tribhovandas Hargovanda in holy memory of their father Shri Hargovandas Lakhmichand.
The college has made significant contributions in the field of business education over the last eight decades since its inception and has earned a name for its high academic and disciplinary standards. The educational institution has been a pioneer in practising innovative teaching methods and has offered a value-based, high-quality education to generations of students. HL separates from the human and complex dimensions. Apart from academic excellence, H L College of Commerce lays great emphasis on all-around development through intellectual, cultural, sports and other enriching influences.

Admissions for H L College of Commerce
HL College of Commerce is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and was established in 1936. It is affiliated with Gujarat University. HL College of Commerce currently offers a B.Com course at UG level and an M.Com course at the PG level. The fees for B.Com course is 10,475 for 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria for H L College of Commerce
- Candidates who have passed 10+2 in English or have taken English as one subject can apply for the B.Com course.
- B.Com course seats are allotted based on merit obtained in the 10+2 qualifying examination.
- Candidates who have completed any English language course with 50% marks can apply for the M.Com course.
- Seats in the M.Com course are allotted on the basis of merit obtained in the degree examination.
