Acharya Institute of Technology is a private co-educational engineering and management college in Bengaluru, India. The institute is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Visvesaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum. Acharya Institute of Technology (AIT) was established in the year 2000. It is affiliated to Visvesaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum. It has been accredited both by AICTE and NBA (National Board of Accredition). In the year 2012, it got the status of the Technical Institute by AICTE.
Acharya Institute of Technology (AIT) offers admission to various UG, PG courses focusing on Engineering and Management. It offers 6 specialisations in M.Tech program and 13 specialisations in B.Tech program. AIT also offers full time MBA program of 2 years duration. Admission for the programs can be done through direct mode or entrance mode.
Direct admission is further divided into two different modes i.e. Walk-In and Online/ Email admission. Through walk in mode, Candidate need to report to the institute, meet the academic counselor and check their eligibility with the desired program. The offer of admission will be given as the Candidate makes the admission fee payment to the institute.
