About the Exam

To give admission to qualified applicants in a variety of programmes, including Animal Husbandry (AH), Bachelor of Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc), Masters in Veterinary Science (M.V.Sc), Ph.D., and Diploma courses, Uttar Pradesh DUVASU organises an entrance exam (UP Veterinary Entrance Examination). The entrance exam for admission to these programmes will be held by Uttar Pradesh DUVASU in 2023. Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have completed their 12th grade coursework with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% from an accredited board (reserved categories will receive a 5% relaxation).
  • You must have earned a grade of "C" or better in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in order to continue.
  • The minimum and maximum age requirements to apply for the UP Veterinary Entrance Test are 17 and 25 years, respectively.
  • Candidates for the NRI quota must have completed the 12th grade or its equivalent with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% from a recognised Board.
  • Candidates for the NRI quota should additionally have Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, and English as their majors in 12th grade.
  • The PVT 2023 examination is not a prerequisite for applicants to take.

Application Process

  • Candidates must go to the Deen Dayal Veterinary University's official website and select "Academics" on the homepage.
  • When you select "Academics," a list of courses will appear; you must select the one you want to apply for.
  • You will be taken to a new page where you must fill out the form with your personal information, academic information, etc.
  • Additionally, you must attach scanned copies of your photo and signature in the required format.
  • To finish the application procedure, be sure to pay the application cost as well.
  • At some point, you can print out your application form for future use.
