Dayanand Sagar Admission Test, commonly referred to as DSAT, serves as an entrance examination conducted by Dayanand Sagar University for admissions to various programs including Engineering, Pharmacy, MBA, and M.Tech. DSAT is administered at the university level and is offered in both online and offline modes. Dayanand Sagar University has announced the admission criteria for DSAT 2024 on its official website dsu.edu.in. The criteria include educational qualification and required scores for DSAT 2024. Candidates who meet the DSAT eligibility criteria can register online. Detailed DSAT eligibility criteria are as follows:
Candidates must pass PUC/Class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics/Technical Vocational subjects from recognized boards. Aggregate marks in the above subjects should be at least 45% (40% for OBC and SC/ST candidates). Valid scores of DSAT/COMEDK/KCET.
Candidates should have 10+2 passes in Physics, Chemistry and English and electives in Mathematics, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology with an aggregate score of not less than 40%.
admission (Diploma in Pharmacy holders) from an institution recognized by the Pharmaceutical Council of India.
Prerequisite is a bachelor's degree of at least three years from an accredited university.
Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination (45% for SC/ST and OBC categories).
Valid DSAT/CMAT/CAT/XAT/GMAT test scores are mandatory.
Candidates must possess at least 50% aggregate marks in BTech in relevant branches (45% for OBC, SC/ST categories).
