BAMS, or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, is a 5.5-year master's degree that includes the study of modern medicine and the integrated system of traditional Ayurveda. The basic qualification for this course is that students have passed Biology Class 12 with a minimum of 5-50% from an approved Board of Studies. The B.AMS application process is centralized and based on marks obtained in the NEET exam. The BAMS course includes an in-depth study of current life structures, physiology, solution standards, social and preventive medicine, toxicology, medicinal herbs, otolaryngology, surgical standards, etc., training students in the traditional methods of modern science.
