This institute was established in 1999 under the aegis of Shri Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Smarak Trust Society. Since 1952, the charity has worked to provide quality education in the fields of health and education. BCIHMCT, New Delhi is a progressive institute of hotel management and is among the top 10 hotel management colleges in the country. The institute has carved a niche for itself as a source of qualified management and technical manpower for the hotel industry. The institute is accredited as a quality institute by NAAC, an independent body of UGC.
BCIHMCT, New Delhi is the first Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi to issue a four-year degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology approved by AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education) Ministry of HRD, Govt . . from India. BCIHMCT has been classified as a Category A Institute by the Government of Delhi and GGSIP University of Delhi.
BCIHMCT is now ranked second among the Top 30 Private Hotel Management Institutes in India according to OUTLOOK-ICARE 2021. In fact, we have maintained a consecutive top 10 ranking among the top 10 professional hotel management colleges in India according to The Outlook Magazine. for the last 11 years (since 2010).
